Hi all
I was wondering if someone could clarify something for me, it may sound dumb but i am unsure on how to proceed anyway the question is

Demonstrate how to build positive relationships with people involved in the care of children and young people.

Does this need to be observed by my assessor or can I write about it providing examples or do i do it as a reflective account and get witness testimony from my manager as evidence????
My assessor has yet to do an observation on me and I started this course in Sept so if I could write about it I can complete another unit.
Any advice pointing me in the right direction would be great

This is usually covered in an observation by you assessor but adding a reflective account would confirm what you did in your practice.

if you are dong the cache course on the front of each unit it says very clearly what must be observed,
