We have photos or a piece of work. We write a comment and then link it to the EYFS e.g. Personal, Social & Emtional Development - Behaviour and Self Control

Our learning journey sheets (these include, narrative of an observation, photo and/or piece of work) have their age on it These also include next steps and links to EYFS as above.
