Mockingbird is on a distinguished road
Default standard 7... Area of knowledge 2... Using support and supervision to develop role

Question is.. Give 4 examples of the type of problems or issues you would need to discuss in supervision....

I've put...
To ask about additional training opportunities.
To share information on specific children, in confidence
Personal problems that may affect how well i do my job
Any issues/problems i may have with my role/job or anything i'm not happy with in the setting.

Is this the sort of thing they mean ??
