Default Anyone else feel there inspection was not following guidelines?

We have had our ofsted inspection and have achieved a good.but we are all very concerned on how it was done. Not just for us but others who clearing need support could slip the net.

Our inspector came from tribal. She arrived half an hour after opening and stayed for only 2 hours!!
In that time she read the self evaluation form, looked at the operation plan, glanced at the planning board, and observed myself outside for 1 min and went back in the warm. She asked the staff no questions, didnt track a child and speak to their key person, asked if we had risk asessement but didnt actually see them.
Although we dont wish a return we feel that the inspection was inadequate on her behalf.
Any others experienced this? And do you think we should complain?
Our Area senco knows of setting who need actions for improvement and ofsted have gonew in and given them outstanding. UMMM

We had exactly the same sort of inspection and got good too. Even though none of us were expecting it. This now means that things we had been complaining to the owners and management have been shelved!!!! Our inspector barely even looked at our planning at all. Told us we didn't need to be so detailed in our risk assessments . That we all know what the risks are and that if there was a problem we were all sensible enough to correct it!!! We were all stunned and kept asking if it was a real inspection . LOL. What is going on??? Although the things we were concerned about are not a threat to the children I am concerned for placements that may have serious issues that are going to slip through the net.

We recently had an OFSTED inspection and recieved an outstanding! Although we do a lot of work and do feel we deserve an outstanding it was very worrying about the amount of time he spent at the nursery. The inspector was there for three and a half hours and although he took an interest in planning and risk assessments he didnt speak to staff or ask questions!! Just seemed strange! We went to a lot of effort to make sure he was impressed and he didnt seem to take any notice
