Default 304.1 Reflection.

I am just about finished my portfolio apart from this and really want to get it done as I have been sticking to it for the last 48hrs!!!! please help...
Basically i need to do a reflective account on my performance, achievements, strengths and weakness using practice bench marks???
I need to include the following areas:
- how my knowledge has developed to ensure best practice in relation to current research and government leglislation in eys.
- application of learning theories to practical problems
- policies and procedures of setting
- working in partnership with parents and professionals
- how feedback challenged and enhanced
- observing and assessment of children, planning ILPs, review and feedback.
- facilitating inclusion of children with SEN.

Maybe my head is now pickled after looking at this for so long but ive hit a stumbling block!!! Would love it if someone could simplify this for me or maybe point me in the direction of samples of reflections which my include some of these pointers....really appreciate any feedback
