Default 305 Pc's, i can see the finish line!!

Hi all, im wondering if anyone can help on the last 2 pc's im stuck on for unit 305, im almost finished (thank god) but really struggling on these, i think my brain is worn out! Would i be right in thinking i have to write about my settings policy?? The pc's are:

305.3.1 Maintain and follow organisational procedures for the protection and safegaurding of children.

305.3.2 Follow policies and procedures for safegaurding children in your local area.

Thank you in advance for any help
