Hi, consider what you do each day that relates to health and safety and how you can use that information to support possible new learners joining the setting. If the booklet does go on and on, think about what you might of found useful if starting out in a new place then review what you've written to scale back where necessary.

Resources you could use to help guide what you write include
-- Your settingor placement's policies and proedures, induction materials and any staff handbooks
-- Your job contract/role & responsibilities
-- The welfare requirements of your home nation EY's framework eg. if in England - EYFS

Hth, best wishes
