Default Help Evaluate the effectiveness of systems and processes in promoting equality, diversity and incision in own area

Hello,

I am lost! I seam to be over thinking this hole section and as such i got a 2 in each part. I have answered how systems can promote equality and inclusion or reinforce discrimination and inclusion by covering the following. I talked about having an Arabic speaker,as we are in an Arabic area, celebrating all different holidays, admission processes, only asking for vital information. I also talked about the use of out side agency's for SEN children. I know need to Evaluate the effectiveness of the systems. Please help! I do not know where to start Thank you
