Hello to all, newbie to the site and was wondering..
If any one may be able to give me some ideas? I have started to do CCLD level 2 and been given an assignment about transitions in different age ranges. These being 0-3, 3-7, 7-12, and 12-16.
I have got some but my mind has gone on holiday and left me blank!!

firstly they re all in your textbook! read it and if yo havent got then go to amazon now and order it and secondly all those transitions are to do with a change in setting. cm to nursery, nursery to school the secondary etc. how do you support it and prepare the child for them.
