I'm just doing some of my level 3 work and have become stuck with 2 questions if anyone could help me that would be great here are the questions.

what is meant be working in partnership, who this might be and what their roles are in this context 2.3, 2.4

when and why inquiries and serious case reviews are needed and how the sharing of the findings informs practice 1.4

Hi working in partnership could be parents, staff, professionals, any stakeholders etc

Inquiries and serious case reviews, child protection, accidents, allegations etc
the findings or the review could mean you need to make changes and reflect on your own practice to adapt to benefit the children etc
