Biggrin Your Induction in Children's social Care Workbook

Hiya, I am doing an NVQ Level 2 in CCLD and am now 6 months into my course and I have been told by my assessor now that we don't need to learn about employments rights and responsibilities However we now need to complete a workbook by the CWDC which is called: Your Induction in Children's Social Care. I was wondering if any of you guys have to do this now ? Write back :) x

Default

it is compulsory and every single practitioner who starts work should now do it. however! i have only seen it in the borough where i work which is an outstanding borough for childcare. its all on the cwdc website but i dont think a lot of councils have told their settings about it.
