Ride a **** horse to Banbury Cross
To see a fine lady upon a white horse
with Rings on her fingers
and bells on her toes
She shall have music wherever she goes

This traditional nursery rhyme has it's origins set in Banbury and you can read some of it's history on this page BANBURY.gov.uk

The Hobby horse festival occurs in the summer months and details can be found on the HobbyHorsefestival website
