Default Simple but brilliant ideas. Please read mine and post your own i love new ideas.

Where i work all children have a sports water bottle. they are called sports water bottles because of the lid but ours have winnie the pooh on them. each child has one with his or her name on it. These bottles go in plastic boxes on the floor. At any time of the day children may take out their bottle and have a drink (we also always take them outside as well). Its good that they have theirr name on as the theres no passing around of germs when they go to drink and pick up any bottle. Also it helps with name recognition. Another good idea is to use place name holders this means you can encourage children to mix a bit more at the table during dinner and odff course seperate some who are trouble together. its also another good name recognition thing. Each child where i work has 2 pegs they have have holders to put a picture in. On one peg we put their picture and on the other peg we put their name. they also have their own box underneith their pegs which also has their name on this is where their shoes slippers and whellies go when not in use. We only allow children to wear their shoes in the lobby area so that carpers can be kept as clean as possible and theres lesss chance of bringing germy mud into the room.

I would love for other people to post any ideas they have for any areas of childcare. It's great to think your passing on an idea to someone else who might end up using it. and you never know you might find an ideas for you to use as well.

Happy posting guys xxxx

Can I add that Toolbars in general are something that should be considered before they are installed.

A site I love browsing through is Yamahas Paper crafts not so much for Preschool but my Dd enjoys them
