Hi,

K3D176-Why is it important to be consistant & fair in dealing with positive & negative behaviour?

Because if you are not consistant the children wont know if they are coming or going. They wont know what is expected of them & what is acceptable behaviour.

Children need to be acknowledged for both their positive & negative behaviour so they don't feel lablled or picked out from everyone else. They need to know what they do well no matter how small so they feel appreciated & develop self worth........

Hope this helps give you a start.
