Hi, welcome to the site. Your unit number may differ from others depending on the body that awards you your certificate. If you look in the level 3 handbook at pages 97+ you'll find the topics you need to cover. Alternatively ask your course provider if they've any guidance for you on this xx

Understanding children's needs in relation to emotional development
Understanding the needs of children during transition and significant events.
Understand the physical needs of children
Understand the impact of the early years environment on the health and well-being of children
Understand the nutritional requirements of children
Understand the impact of a poor diet on children's health and well-being
Understand children's need for exercise

Eat better do better - Guidance for England

Physical exercise guidelines

Look forward to hearing how things go xx

Best wishes

Hello!
I have just started this course and would love to band some ideas around with someone else! If you feel you can cope with a fellow stressed trainee please let me know.
I have done the poster but have had no feedback from my assessor so could have completely gone in the wrong direction, but happy to discuss what I put on it. I am really struggling with the 3 case studies, have you had those yet? I think I am completely over thinking them. Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi
I'm just starting my poster now but am struggling as I just don't know how much or little to do or how it is supposed to be set out. I'd be happier writing about each section as a separate document. Any help or pointers would be so appreciated. Thank you

Hi welcome to the site. Creating a poster enables you to condense everything you've learnt so you're able to inform people in the most direct and relevant way possible.

What does your setting say about health and well-being?

Does it mention outdoor and indoor play?
Physical activity, rest, sleep and routines?
Food and drink?
Personal, social and emotional support and development?

Best wishes

Hello,
When I did my poster I used clip art and different fonts and colours (this helps to show your assessor your ICT skills if you are doing the ICT exam). I did little sections on exercise, diet, immunisation, hygiene and sleep and try to make them fun to look at.
Hope that helps

Hi, yes I made it colourful, added illustrations and used different fonts. My poster ended up as an A3 landscape size and I included a caption in the middle about how it is important for children to be safe and happy, to be free from preventable diseases, to take part, to make positive contributions, to enjoy themselves and to achieve. I then split my poster up in to sections titled STAY HEALTHY, BE ACTIVE, KEEP SAFE, HELP ME TO BECOME RESPONSIBLE, FEEL NURTURED, BE RESPECTED, FEEL INCLUDED and HELP ME TO ACHIEVE. I wrote a little bit about each section. Hope this helps and good luck.
