Describe how to encourage children or young people to recognise how their interests, talents and abilities can help to achieve their aspirations

obviously I know its about encouragement and having high expectations but struggling with how to put it into words

hi i've done all the units now just stuck on one question before i've completed the course

as im doing my course at home im not in a setting and so im struggling to answer this one any help would be great
