CYPOP1 Outcome 5.1

Hi, please can anyone help me get started with this outcome
5.1 Explain the primary importance of careres in the lives of babies and young children.

I have total brain freeze and I am not sure what to write about - do I go back over the attachement theory that I covered in outcome 3 or am I supposed to be looking up something else?

So far I have written "Parents and other family members are usually the key people in children's lives. They form the closest and strongest attachments and these attachments are usually lifelong."

I have been looking at this all day and dont feel any further forward with it.
