Hi, i spoke about that my setting has key workers for the children, how we get information from parents and how we share it to the other staff members, what we use to get information to parents i.e notice boards, letters etc, termly planning and how to adapt it if a child brings in something etc, daily toy plan, what areas we have within the setting and what play and development they promote.

Hope this helps
sam

also think about the differentiation of work - all children learn at different stages even if they are the same age. group work should be differentiated to meet the needs of the child other wise higher ability won't learn/progress/get bored. lower ability will have no understnding and get left behind.
