i like honesty - if you need a day off or something done, be honest with me, had one who has now left that was always making stories up to get time off!

caring attitude and calm with the children for the staff, comittee - easy going and able to understand the way we work!

above all a sence of fun, and "getting on with it" on a bad morning

arhhhhh.... reminds me of a time many moons ago when I was about 18, scivved off work to pick a friend up from gatwick airport - I was living and working in essex at the time....... well I only bump (literally) into my boss at the airport picking his friends up!!!!.... didn't get the sack, luckily he saw the funny side of it- but it did teach me always to tell the truth!
