EYFS introduction courses?

Just had session 1 (out of 4) training for the EYFS this afternoon. From what we went through today I really like it.

We were told just to look at the "Statutory Framework" and make sure we are meeting all the standards.

I like the cards - lots of information and ideas

What does everyone else think?

We are having 4 2 hour sessions - and all are free

I've got one whole day this week, another day in Jan with as 'assignment' to complete in between.

oh.. and in the meantime I've cut the spine of my books and put the pages in a folder, much easier to look at, also I've laminated to the cards too. ~that's probably what the assignment is!!!!!!!!

I'm going to do that too - otherwise the cards will soon get ruined and it is so annoying to the stages in a book.

We got an assignment. Can't remember what it is at the moment though
