I went to my local chemist, there were tons of leaflets on dental care, bottle feeding and skin care ( sunscreen mostly) I googled how to care for asian hair and afro hair, plenty of info on the web....also plenty of dental advice for teething ect on nhs website, and also lots of advice for teenage skin problems. Hope that helps.
