Ask your manager to look at your settings/organisation's policies and procedures.

Health (and hygiene I presume?) you can look at what is required if you prepare cooked meals on the premises ( I don't, so I can't help you).
Are you all required to hold health and hygiene certificates?
Do you wear hair nets when preparing food?

Are visitors ever left alone? or are they always accompanied to ensure the children are safe?

You will be required to keep your setting clean - toilets, kitchens, fridges etc

How do you see to a child that needs a nappy changing?
How do you dispose of nappies and where?
Do you wear apron & gloves whilst changing them?
If a child is sick at school what is your policy?
Do you ask a parent to collect them to prevent the spread of germs?

if a child has been sick at home what is your policy about them returning??
Are they allowed to return immediately or does a period of time have to pass?

Do you teach the children good health and safety routines and understanding?
i.e. sneezing and coughing into elbows, washing hands after blowing nose, going to the toilet, and before eating food?
Do you use hand driers or paper towels as opposed to cloth towels to prevent the spread of germs?

Dustbin area - who is responsible for keeping this area clean?
- health problems can arise from all the above

Safety - What risk assessments do you carry out? to ensure that the surrounding area to your building is checked for glass, dog faeces or disgarded used needles.

Safety checks on equipment you use - children's such as climbing fraames or swings, electrical equipment and fire extinguishers - usually annual

Does everyone know where the fire exit is?

Do you have regular fire drills?

Safety checks on wiring, sockets (use socker covers)

Wet floors - do you cordon off that area if you have had to mop up spillages or accidents?

Keeping equipment well away from children - scissors etc

Cleaning fluids/materials locked away etc

First Aiders in the setting
First Aid box - (blue plasters to be used if preparing food)

I'm not sure if this is what you want, but hope it helps.
