nearly finished my nvq just stuck on a couple of qustions

how do you show that you value children and families and respect their culture , ethnicity , faith , language and background

how do we help children support each other through challenging and acheivements

how do we help children predict , recognise and accept the consequences of their actions

how can we help children be positive about their own cultural background

show respect to different cultures religons etc.


Could put about doing different activites to do with different cultures such as dress up clothes used ie: chinease clothes, could also say about food tasting activities like trying food from different cultures and that we use books to teach children about different cultures. Could also mention we do activites that focus on a country that usually lasts a week and that we welcome childrens parents to come in and talk to the children about their culture or religion etc. Could also say that we do colorful displays that show different types of cultures and religion and we also celebrate the different cultures festivals and are aware when these festivals are.
