it's just asking you how are you going to go (if you haven't already) about it.
Critical self- reflection - looking at what you have done, you've probably observed and recorded an activity, evaluated if it went well or not, how you would adapt, change resorces/equipment or you as a practitioner - whether you noticed that some children needed supervision from you, scaffolding etc.
What you do when you look at your own practice - recognising if you need to improve in any way or area and how you would go about it.
Evidence-based practice - making sure you are recording and sharing what you are observing/learning about that child/ren etc so that all practitioners know where a child is/where the learning needs to go etc:
Ensuring you have evidence ( whatever mathod you are using - visual, written or audio) and not just hearsay.
Professional development - how do you progress? - going on courses, having regular staff meetings, planning meetings, workshops/in-house training; discussing/sharing information, reading - books/newspaper, watching the news to keep up to date, checking out online sites or information etc
How you are continuing to professionally develop.
Hopefully this helps and gets you to think of other examples.
