OU E100 Study Topics

Hi everyone, has anyone made a start on the study topics for the e100 yet?

I've started working my way through study topic 1, but only because I know I'll be busy in the run up to the TMA so thought I'd make an early start.

Done activity one but not sure if I have done enough is hard to say what differs in your role, found alot that reflects the roles in the video.
I'm a nanny so finding it all a bit tricky.

Hi all I too am doing the e100 have made a start and done the first activity in the topic book, I wanted to get a head start as I am really nervouse about doing the first assignment :)

Chrystal, don't worry about your first assignment. It is all about you, your setting and your roles and responsibilities. Who knows you better than you? You already know about your setting, even if you're a childminder. You have lots of different roles and responsibilities too. I made a few notes on the print out I did of the first assignment and then just started typing. I am now doing the activities and reading the study topics properly so that I can add links to them in what I have already typed. It's surprisingly easy to get something down, and if you type it you can easily change it without having to re-write it all.

hi i have only just started the activities, and iam starting to get my head around it all, iam not sure if i have done activity one right or not, did you jus make notes on dvd 1 block 1 'roles' ?
