A few ideas for play:
Robot arms: add silver foil or paint - the sleeve sections are joined with perforated edges, where energetic play will cause them to rip & seperate extend to alternatives and use tubes made from wallpaper rolls.
Chinese new year dragon or lion arm puppets
Add lengths of fork shaped foam or paper and hold between fingers. With an arm sleeve in place play snakes .
Scarecrows arms
Junk modelling and creative expression.
They look like scrunched leg warmers, or gloves and would be great as a contrast to any dressing up areas where conventional hand/arm/feet/leg coverings are kept...
