Hi, a warm welcome to the site.
Do you have copies of your setting's policies and procedure for partnership working? You'll also need to use the information you've learnt about what children's needs are eg. health, diet, physical, emotional, and what you know about the needs of the children in your setting. Then look at the ways you talk with parents, colleagues and other professionals so that you're able to support the children as best as you can.
Safeguarding children means keeping them safe dfrom unacceptable harm. It involves how everyone talks to each other about making sure any risks inside and outside are dealt with, sharing information with parents about staying safe and listening to parents when they share information about safety.
Transitions can be upsetting and confusing for children and unsettling for parents, how do you make these times of change positive experiences eg. visits, tours, offering children the time to explore, getting to know the new people and layouts before making the move? How are parents involved with this?
If it helps, the index in
this EYE level 3 handbook points to the different aspects of this.
Best wishes
