team leading/management

Hi all

Just wanted to ask if anyone assesses level 2 team leading or level 3 management. I have been asked at work to assess these NVQ's but could do with a starting point?? There are only 4 assessors in my company - 2 of which are trainee's and 1 who is about to go on maternity so I am taking on new learners - any help greatly appreciated!!!!
