Family members and how they provide background to the SEN or disability of the pupil. How they should be met with frequently to discuss progress and to share news that keeps both sides upto date.
Teachers and/or specialist teachers and how plans are devised to differentiate activity goals so that they meet the needs of the pupil.
Other adults in the setting , this may include the SENCo who is responsiblefor gathering and co-ordinating information from everyone who has contact wih the pupil, both internally and externally eg. administritive staff, midday supervisors, support staff.
External professionals who may be educational psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, sensory support professionals such as audiologists and others.
