Help SOS Breakdown of pay. "Help"!!!! URGENT

Hi, I'm wondering how other Pre-school settings work out the wages?? We are a pack away preschool so all our planning and profiles etc is done at home. We are also expected to attend weekly staff meetings and twice termly committee meetings.

We get paid 10 hours per term to cover this. Just today they have decided that if you only have a few key children this rate should drop and rise as you gather more key children. I think this is grossly unfair as I know from my own workload that I spend at least 2hours on my profiles weekly and attend the staff meeting which usually runs for about 1 and a half hours. We are also expected to wash towels etc at home and use our own paper, ink, printers, poly-pockets etc.

How do you all get paid for those things?? The same for everyone, more pay for more children???
