i had to do an info booklet on something along those lines, some things i put in were regulations covering manual handling, how to deal with hazards in the environment, missing children procedures, accident procedures, visitors to setting etc

I had to do Food Safety Act 1990 & Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995. but the rest was the same as you have listed.
