help with 301 k173 + k180

Hello. Getting on really well with my course, however, just finishing some questions on 301 and wondered whether anyone could tell me what the difference is between the two questions k173 + k180. They semm to be asking the same thing. Every time i read them i come up with same aswers for both. Am i going mad? Please help
