Unit 6 1.1 & 1.2

I am stuck and not even my notes can help me :-o

it say's:
Government policies for children and young people in the home nation.

Is home nation the county policies???

And how should I start it off best??? And which policies???
I am confused

All it says is Unit 6
1.1 & 1.2 Importance of multi-agency working in delivering better outcomes for children and young people and how they deliver better outcomes.

and then the question : government policies for children and young people in the home nation.

It doesn't say any other number etc. :/

Not sure but is this not how local and national Government play a part? Just an idea as not sure which unit it is, maybe someone else can help x
