hi can you please help me? EYE: unit 2.2
the act: Children and Families Act 2014.
Analyse how this act is interpreted in your setting, how it safeguards children and explain your role within this.
my brain has totally gone to mush, doesn't help that I've just read the act but nothing is making sense. please can someone help

What type of setting do you work in?

The Children and Families Act 2014 relates to childcare, adpoption, SEN, family court and justice, parent's rights and England's Children's Commissioner

Page 7 of the Young Person's Guide might be useful if you consider that these are what the Act expects of settings, so how would/does yours meet those expectations?


The Children and Families Act 2014 passed just before the EYE level 3 handbook was published so it could also be useful to ask your tutor what additional materials they have to help you learn about this.
