Help SOS cypop14 demonstrate how to support child

demonstrate how to support child young person to maintain realtionships with carers or professionals who are important to them.

is this about showing them respect listening to them ,valuing what they have say never making promises we cant keep ?????????? realy feel im on wrong track
any help would be appreciatte

I was told to do as a reflective account about how you would/have settled a child in to your setting.

Im on this now Im so confused! If anyone knows please reply!
I have been told too do a self reflective account too!
Appertly parents im meant too be writing about but dont understand what exactly!
