thankyou for your help. wondering if any one has got a copy of a reflective account on 'how to cope with a disagreement with an adult' that i can look at and get an idea on how to word it.

I'm not sure its fair to ask you to write a reflective account of something which hasn't occurred...?
Could you not write it from the perspective of - 'if this was to happen I would deal with the matter in this way...'
