A basic outline of the expected pattern of children's physical, communicational and intellectual, social, emotional and behavioural development for the age group with which you are working. i'm working with 2.5-4 y/0 and i understand the question,I'm only not sure how much do I write and what is "basic outline" . it seems to me it is going to be very long answer.

How the activities and experiences for children under 3 years relates to formal curriculum frameworks and frameworks for babies and young children in your home country. i'm really struggling on this one,any help would be appresiated.

If you go to this website it should help you with the basic outline.
if you search for stages of child development for children from what ever age you need it should bring up a list of sites to visit, some are useless but one or two are okay.
