Default Annual Conversation

Hey guys :)

not sure if anyone knows what an annual conversation is, but im hoping someone does. i have not been working too long at my nursery and next week we are having an annual conversation where they will be talking to the practitioners as well as the management team.

im so scared and cant sleep for worrying that i wont know an answer to a question. has anyone had the experience of an annual conversation and shed some light of whats lying ahead for me?

thanks in advance for any replies x

unless you are the manager you shouldn't be worried at all AT ALL! The pointof it is to guage a picture of the way in which the setting is managed and how the children are supported. just remember that everything you do is for the benefit of each individual child. if you say something that isnt brilliant and i can t even think of an example then it will just be asked of the management why heir staff dint know it and not who said it. really youre wasting energy worrying IT ISNT A TEST
