Help SOS How Policies relate to National/Local Policies

Can someone help me please. I just started NVQ 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning and I am new to this site. My head is about to explode with all school policies.

Can someone help me with this one please...
How does each policy below relate to National/Local Policies/Legislation?
- Equal opportunities/ inclusion policy
- Behaviour policy
- Confidentiality policy
- Grievance/ Whistle blowing policy

I already answered how Health and Safety policy relates to National/Local Policies.
- Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Every Child Matters, Children Act 2004.

And then Child Protection/Safeguarding policy
- Children Act 1989, Data Protection Act 1998 (not sure if something else?)

I'm struggling with four of the above policies. Someone please come to the rescue.
