Default I been offered a job

I have been a voluteer since September and got put in to do the level 3 diploma in Jan. Hoping to finish it by end of July, only to be told today that they have seen how i work and are very impressed with me and would i consider becoming part of there team.

Well done and congratulations, it is very rewarding working with children and i know that sometimes it can be very challenging but i think thats why we like it so much.

It's so hard for people to get jobs lately, there are more and more people doing it to fit in with kids.
