Hi

I Just wanted to say thanks to all the members past and present on this forum, I received my certificate yesterday for my nvq ccld, and I am sure that without the help of this forum I would have struggled (and pulled my hair out)

Many thanks, and for all those that think its a long journey, keep going we all get there in the end..
