You will know yourself better than anyone but whilst you may feel you are creative or organised you may feel your weaknesses could be that you lack confidence when it comes to behaviour management - you may feel that you are not assertive/firm enough as you speak and deal with situations.
You may feel that your strength is working with children, but you do not feel confident to deal with parents, especially if they were not happy about something.
Saying this, you must have thought out what you are going to do to rectify the 'weakness', so you could say with practice, observing other practitioners role model and training you feel you will become confident and more at ease when dealing with children and parents.
Think of what you feel the job may be and then think of what you feel you will do well, and any aspects you are not sure about - this can be perceived as your weakness. Then think of how you can deal with the weakness to turn it into a positive strengh.
