hiya all need some advice again pls...its question k3d218 question 1..maybe im reading it wrong but hasnt this already been covered in unit 302??is it possible to just cross ref this as it seems to me to be silly to repeat myself..been trying to get hold of my tutor for a week now but no joy!!!

The question is: How to promote children's development from birth to 3yrs, how and why you - Provide a safe, secure and encouraging environment in partnership with families.

You can cross reference with unit 301 and 302 as well as unit 306 and 312 (if you are doing these optional units)
