hey guys need ya help

im doing unit 070 and need help on these questions

Record concerns about a child or young person’s health or well being following recognised procedures.

Support children and young people to recognise, value and meet their health needs as appropriate to their age and level of understanding

please help me xx

Did you get anywhere with "Record concerns about a child or young person's health or well being following recognised procedures"? I am struggling with how much information to put/ not put :-S

Hi, this will be in accordance with the setting's policies and procedures.

Ask your placement/workplace what needs to be done in order to record the concerns that colleagues have regarding the health & well-being of a child.
