Help SOS unit304

hi can anyone help with these please i'm completley blank at the moment and the more i read them the less they make sense to me.

kp1:- why reflection on practice and evaluation of personal effectiveness is important.
kp3:- how reflection can enhance and use personal experience to increase confidence and self esteem.
kp5:- reflection as a tool for contrasting what we say we do and what we actually do.
kp6:- how to use reflection to challenge existing practice

This unit is about your own personal development - therefore, think why is it important to look at what you actually do and why and whether this fits in with the ethos of your setting, policies, current best practice etc. What you can do to improve and what this may do for your own self-esteem (for instance, is doing the L3 making you more confident in your day-to-day practice etc?). Is what you say the same as what you do - we may all know the theory, but if we don't put it into practice are we providing the best outcomes for the children in our care?

Others will have other ideas, and I have seen this item come up, so put the numbers in the search and you will get more info.

Good luck, sam
