Default How to answer each question

I have completed around 6 questions from unit 301, i started my nvq last wednesday.

I have just reread them all, and although yes, i have answered each question, i feel like there is something missing, I have answered each question, but i have just clicked that i've not made it personal to myself, i've just written in general iyswim?? ie *A good working relationship is important, because...* and gone on to write the kind of text book answer, but tweaked for myself, obv.

Now, should i think again, and re write the questions so they referr more to me and my setting?? If i need to do this then i'd rather know now, and rewrite the questions's i have done so far.

i oftern started mine with the question and then personalised it at the end.....writing reflective accounts are a good way of showing you understand the practice and how you can improve your own ways of doing things and it shows you can evaluate your own work. sounds like your doing fine x

Hi i have been doing my level3 for 5 months and have nearly finished i answerd some questions in general terms as you will find later on you will be doing this for other questions. I have also wrote answers that are personal to myself and that refer to my setting as long as you show you know and understand what it is asking you it is ok. All my work so far has been signed off by my assessor and has also been sent to a iv and i have been told its fine, try not to worry and good luck with your nvq.
Tracy.
