SOS advice plz



A*young*person is approached by a someone you are sat next to on the beach. The conversation is about alcohol and has offered some free wine to the staff and the*youngperson. What would you do?
Later on the same*people*invite the*young*person to their beach party. How would you handle this scenario and why?

An ex member of staff has turned up at a package and has asked to see the*youngperson. What would you do and why?

A member of staff has been letting a*youngperson access their own personal internet hot spot. What would you do and why?

A*young*person has turned up clutching a bottle of vodka and is telling staff that they intend to drink it. How would you handle this incident and why?

A member of staff has come to you saying a different member of staff has acted inappropriately towards them. What would you do and why?
