Help SOS assessment criteria observation

help please i have just started qcf level 3 with ncc home learning and have to complete about 70 0bservations i can write them myself and my teacher will check & sign off but i have no idea what to write for any of them !!! ahhh
my first few are - 1.4 offer constructive suggestions for own role in supporting planned learning activities, 2.2 develop and adapt resources to meet the needs of learners, 3-3 give attention to learners in a way that balances the needs of individuals and the group as a whole.....
i know that i do all of these things everyday but i just dont know how to put it down in a statement or what info they need.
is anyone on this course or can anyone help please
