hi who ever has done this unit please can u help me understand this tasks give me ideas 4.1 explain how own woirking practice can affect children and young peoples development- i have put in my setting we do not have all the resources for every indivual child eg foe autism,foir a blind girl am i suppose to writ things like that and children lack in their development-social,communication as he setting dont have many resource and activties suitable for childrens age. and also 4.2 explain how insitutions,agencies and services can affect children and young people's development thankyou very much.
