• Evaluate and revise the development plan

I have made the plan for the child. But I don't understand what these mean. I am a playworker at an afterschool club help please :)

I dont know if im right but for evaluate i would write what worked and what didnt work with the plan and and then for revise that could be ways in which you could make it work better to suit the child
